PART TWO! Make your own Coleman Lantern Check Valve Removal Tool from scratch only using common hand tools. This CV Tool will allow you to SAFELY remove a Coleman Check Valve from most Coleman Lanterns or Stoves.

*** Newer Coleman products use a 8x32TPI Valve Stem. You can make an additional rod by using a 8x32 Tap and taping the end of the rod. Then install a 8x32 Stainless machine bolt and LocTite it in place.

1/4" x 32TPI NEF Die
1/4" x 20TPI Die (optional if don't use a 6" bolt)
Die Holder
Drill (c/w 1/2" chuck)
Ruler
Vise
Hack Saw c/w Fine Tooth Blade
Mill Bastard File
Bastard File
Square Bastard File
7/16" wrench
Emory Cloth
600Grit Wet/Dry sand paper

1/2" x 120 wall Steel DOM (Drawn Over Mandel) ~ 51/4" long
1/4" x 20 x 6" Long Grade 5 Bolt
1/4" Cold Rolled Steel Rod ~ 6" long (optional if don't use a 6" bolt)
