If you feel like an OC can't look good without fades, then that's what this video is for.
Sorry for going 3 weeks without uploading! I am working on multiple projects at once, I hope you can understand that. This is one of the projects that is complete, the editing took a long time. I stutter a lot in my voiceovers, to let you know. Just keep in mind that I'm actually trying to put effort into my videos now.
I have nothing against fades, they're pretty and I use them, but I'm just trying to make it clear that they aren't required to make an OC look good. There are many other strategies that you can do to make a nicelooking OC, large possibilities of patterns and nicely blending color palettes for each tribe. However, I just go over four tribes that I think are the most necessary: SilkWings, RainWings, SkyWings, and IceWings. I go through the multiple possibilities and explain more about making good color palettes and doing different pattern strategies for each tribe.
INSPIRATION IS ALLOWED, but if I say "don't steal an OC" then that means don't steal the OC.
I hope you enjoy this, I hope it was worth the wait, and I'm trying to work on more actual content like this. And I know I make it seem important that you make a good looking dragon, but this is pretty much if you're actually worried about that. Don't worry too much about making your dragon look good though. It's all just about having fun. Fades or no fades, everyone is beautiful in their own way.
