This video explains why seniors in high school need a resume. Hint: it’s not just for college applications, but that is part of it. This video also explains the different components of a resume, including mistakes to avoid and tips for what to do if your resume is too long. Don’t forget to work with your guidance counselor; he or she might have a template you can use or he/she might be able to give you feedback on your resume before you submit your applications or request letters of recommendation.
