Tegangan inputnya pun fleksible, dapat belkerja pada tegangan 3V sampai 12V.
Bahan yang digunakan :
1. transistor BC547 x2
2. Kapasitor 22uf/16V x2
3. Resistor 10K ohm x2 dan 560 ohm x2
4. Led merah 4x dan led biru 4X
