In this video, I go through how to make an NDVI in ArcGIS Pro. I take a color infrared image that has both Natural color RGB and the IR band. After creating a color infrared image by changing the band combination in symbology, I then use the Raster Functions to create an NDVI. To have an NDVI with the 1 to 1 scale be sure to choose the scientific output for the pane. ArcGIS Pro does streamline this type of Raster calculation making it do something very similar to what ERDAS Imagine does with preset raster functions.
