Welcome to our channel. This week is our first video featuring Brunei dish called Nasi Katok. it is also known as Brunei's Signature Dish. Nasi Katok consists of Rice, fried chicken and sambal sauce. The most popular and known sambal sauce is spicy and regular. However, sambal sauce are available in different versions. You do not have to include the Shrimp Paste if you or a family member has shell fish allergies.
