This has been my masterpiece so far, definitely the one I enjoyed making the most. As you all know, I absolutely love Old West! I've been wanting to make a realistic Colt SAA for some time.
This project is all mine. I designed and drew each part based on pictures and specifications from the internet.
It took me exactly 40 days since I started drawing it until it was finished.
It features all the same parts and mechanisms a real one does, including a rotating cylinder.
You may download and print the templates, but you may not edit or modify it by any means, nor remove the watermarks, neither sell or distribute it.
Everything is 100% cardboard and paper, except for the springs and woodsticks used for the pins.
The painting is done using graphyte powder.
The glue used is white glue and super glue.
This is a work of art. You may try to replicate it, but no instructions are going to be given apart from this tutorial.
Be aware of laws in your country concerning realistic gun replicas. I take no responsibility for the misuse of this project. This is done entirely for artistic purposes.
