Part 3 involves finishing the upper receiver and working on the handguard.

Cardboard or Foam board (your preference)
Cutting utensil (scissors, utility knife, etc)
Cardboard tubes (3 from paper towels, 2 from aluminum foil)
Notebook with wire
Painting tape (optional)
Hot glue gun with glue sticks
Crafting sticks (aka popsicles sticks)
Ruler
Pencil
Reference
