60 gr. butter

5 gr. baking powder (1 tsp)
Pinch of salt, vanilla

Filling:
5 gr. gelatin + 30 ml. water
110 gr. sugar + 30 ml. water
10 gr. lemon juice (1 tbsp.)

Glaze:
100 gr. heavy cream (above 30%)
100 gr. dark chocolate
