▪ខ្ទិះដូង ១ កំប៉ុង (៤០០ML)
▪ ទឹកត្រជាក់ (១៥០ML)
▪ស្ករ ១/២ ពែង
▪អំបិល ចុងស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
▪ម្សៅសារាយ ១ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេកន្លះ

ផ្នែកទី ៣ ស្រទាប់ធម្មតា
▪ ទឹកធម្មតា (៥៥០ML)
▪ស្ករ ១/២ ពែង (១០០g)
▪អំបិល ចុងស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
▪ម្សៅសារាយ ១ ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេកន្លះ

គ្រឿងផ្សំខ្លះទៀតមានដូចជា រស់ជាតិស្លឹកចេក ស្លឹកតើយ និងដំឡូងពណ៏ស្វាយ រឺក៏ពណ៏តៀតតាមចូលចិត្ត

How to Make Coconut Jello With Basil Seeds

Part 1 getting Basil Seeds ready
▪1 &1/2 tsp Basil seed
▪2 cups water

Part 2 coconut layer
▪ 1 can coconut milk ( 400ml )
▪ 1/2 cup & 3 tbsp cool water ( 150ml )
▪ 1/2 cup sugar
▪ 1/4 tsp salt
▪ 1&1/2 tsp agar agar powder

Part 3 plain layer
▪ 2 cups & 4 tbsp cool water ( 550ML )
▪ 1/2 cup sugar
▪ 1/4 tsp salt
▪ 1&1/2 tsp agar agar powder

Other ingredients
▪Food colouring with flavour or plain colours

Note: you can add basil seeds to both the plain or coconut layer.
