How to Make Crêpes

These homemade French crepes are easy, tasty and buttery. This is a perfect crepes recipe. This recipe could also be used for savory crepes, just don't add the sugar. Please leave a like and subscribe!

Tips: Use the first crepe as a test to adjust the heat of the pan.(Good snack)
I used a 1/4 cup to pour the batter. This may change depending on the size of the pan that you're using.

Recipe: 1 cup of AP flour, 1 cup of milk, pinch of salt, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 2 Tbsp of brown butter, 2 whole eggs, butter or oil to grease the pan

Recipe of chocolate ganache: 50g heavy cream, 50g semisweet chocolate chips.
Heat the cream in a sauce pan then pour it over the chocolate chips and wait 2 mins. Whisk the mixture until fully combined then add a pinch of salt.
