खाली दिलेल्या साहित्यात ४ बाऊल दहीभात तयार होतो.

दहीभात साहित्य :

२ कप शिजवलेला भात
पाऊण कप दूध
पाऊण कप दही
१५ ते २० कढीपत्ता पाने
कोथिंबीर बारीक चिरलेली
मीठ चवीनुसार

फोडणीसाठी साहित्य :

२ टेबलस्पून तेल
पाव टीस्पून हिंग
३ तळणी मिरच्या
२ टेबलस्पून जिरं

दहीभात. खास करून उन्हाळा सुरू झाला की वारंवार केला जाणारा पदार्थ. काही घरी दहीभात बनवताना फक्त दह्याचा वापर करतात. तर काही दही आणि दूध यांचा वापर करतात. दूध आणि दही एकत्र वापरण्याचं कारण म्हणजे फक्त दही वापरलं तर भात आंबट होतो.
आज आपणही दहीभात बनवणार आहोत. अगदी पारंपरिक पद्धतीने. घरच्याच साहित्यात तयार होणारा हा दहीभात माझ्या आजीच्या पद्धतीने बनवला आहे.
तर साध्या, सोप्या पद्धतीने दहीभात कसा बनवायचा ते या व्हिडिओ मध्ये बघायला मिळेल.


In the following ingredients, 4 bowls of curdrice are made.

Curd Rice Ingredients :

2 cups cooked rice
3/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup yogurt
15 to 20 curry leaves
Finely chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

Tempering material :

2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
3 fried chillies
2 tablespoons cumin

Dahibhat. Frequent food especially when summer starts. Some use only curd when making curd at home. Some use yogurt and milk. The reason for using milk and curd together is that if only curd is used, the rice becomes sour.
Today we are also going to make Dahibhat. Even in the traditional way. This curd is made in my grandmother's style.
So in this video you will see how to make Dahibhat in a simple, easy way.
