You'll need the folowing items in order to craft one: Iron Pickaxe or better with silk touch enchantment. It's quite easy as you'll simply need to: /give @p emerald_ore 1 0. Look for emerald ore, between 13 and 31 blocks below the grounded.. Mine the emerald ore with an iron pickaxe or better with a silk touch enchantment.. Pick the item up once it drops.
