Today, we will be making some ethyl acetate by means of a classic esterification reaction.The final product turned out to be contaminated with significant amounts of ethanol, and so we will try to purify the product obtained in a future video.

Additional notes:

The raman spectra were taken with a professional 785 nm raman equipment, since the power supply of my DIY raman spectrometer is not working right now.
