Keep every new member engaged from day 1 with these 2 tips!

After you watch the video, if you're creating onboarding materials, it's very simple to do:

1) Write your onboarding email (watch the video).
2) Create a list of benefits of your organization and where a new member can access them. Link this document in your onboarding email.
3) Give each new member a "New Member Checklist" of things that will help engage them from the start. It can include things like, "check out your website," or "register for an event".
4) Make sure you follow up with each new member about a month after they join. Ask them how far they got in their checklist and for any feedback or questions they have.
