This is how I made my strapless fairy wings with wire and fabric :) I've really been on a butterfly/fairy vibe recently:

Materials needed:
~ 3.15mm tie wire (in the fencing section at bunnings). For my USA friends this is 9 gauge wire.
~ Fabric: I used “fairy organza” from Spotlight
~ Puffy paints
~ Florist tape
~ Hot glue gun
~ Electrical tape
~ A corset (to wear it)
Optional:
~ Acrylic paint
~ Mod podge/PVA glue
