Continuing my craze of making Chinese breakfast foods during quarantine, I decided to make a video on my favorite dish of all time 飯糰 fan tuan! It’s also called 粢饭 ci fan in other areas. This version is a modified Taiwanesestyle fan tuan (rice roll) recipe. I’ve always wanted to make one of these and luckily I had all the materials to make it! No need to travel to Taiwan to eat it. Now you can make this at home! In this video I’ll teach you how to make Fan Tuan!

Ingredients
3 cups of longrain sweet rice
2 cups of water
1/4 cup of diced pickled radish
1/4 cup of pork sung
4pcs of you tiao (chinese doughnut)
