SWEET BREAD WITH OIL
Ingredients:
For the sponge:
4 tablespoons of warm milk
1 spoon of sugar
1 tablespoon flour 4 zeros or allpurpose flour
10 gr of dry yeast or 30 gr of fresh yeast
For the sweet bread:
550 gr of flour 4 zeros or allpurpose flour
1 pinch of salt
150 grams of sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
Essence of sweet bread or orange blossom water
2 eggs
200 ml of warm milk
4 and a half tablespoons of oil (very generous tablespoons)
For the sweet bread with chocolate chips and walnuts:
90 gr of chocolate chips
60 gr of walnuts
For the sweet bread with glazed fruits:
70 gr of polished fruits
50 gr of seedless raisins
30 g of maraschino cherries
