IMPORTANT NOTE! If using any other milk besides Fairlife ultra filtered milk, it will need to be boiled first. (I do mention this is the video.) I have the detailed instructions on my website. It will be a slightly different process. Fairlife ultra filtered milk is already boiled before it is sold, so there is no need to do so. It makes the yogurt process much faster and easier, plus the yogurt turns out much thicker and creamier, so that is what I recommend using. If you don't have this milk and buy regular whole milk, please read the instructions to do so, or your yogurt may not set.
