Hot Cheetos Boudin Balls
Ingredients:
Boudin
Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Eggs
Flour
Flamin’ Hot Cheetos
Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Puffs
Creole Seasoning
Cayenne Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Directions:
1. Grate cheese.
2. Cook boudin according to package. (If you have fully cooked boudin you may skip this step)
3. Remove boudin from casing and place in a bowl. (Optional: season boudin with Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and onion powder)
4. Add cheese and mix until combined.
5. Grab a handful of the mixture and form balls.
6. Freeze boudin balls for 1015 minutes.
7. Crush a 1/2 bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and 1/2 bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Puffs.
8. In a bowl, add 2 eggs and whisk.
9. In a separate bowl, add 1 cup of flour.
10. Add boudin balls to the egg wash, then flour, back into the egg wash and finally into the crushed Cheetos.
11. Fry for 34 minutes on each side.
12. Enjoy!
