How to make Hot Ice!

Hot Ice, is a supersaturated solution of Sodium Acetate, that remains liquid, despite being supercooled below its freezing point. Once a crystalline structure is provided, Sodium Acetate crystals will grow before your eyes.

This was my second attempt at making this video. My first attempt, I cooked the crack too long, and ruined the experiment.

Wash your hands after use. It can irritate eyes and might irritate sensitive areas.
I don't know if it's toxic. Don't eat it!

Hot ice is soluble in water. Makes for easy clean up!
