Kaipola is a traditional snack from the malabar region ot north kerala. It is made with ripe bananas, eggs, sugar and ghee.Kaipola is soft, rich and has a mildly sweet flavor, making it a popular dish served during iftar in Ramadan or as a evening snack.

Ghee 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Eggs 3
Sugar 3 tbsp
Milk 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Vanilla 1/4 tsp(optional)
