Here is the recipe for for your convenience :

To make Schezwan Sauce for Chicken Momo:

Dry Red Chilli 50 gm
Tomato 3 no
Garlic (Chopped) 1015 Cloves
Ginger (Chopped) 23 inch
Salt As Needed
Sugar As Needed
Water As Needed
Spring Onion As Needed

To make Dough for Chicken Momo:

All Purpose Flour 250 gm
Sugar 2 pinch
Salt 2 pinch
Water As Needed

To make Stuffing for Chicken Momo:

Minced Chicken (Breast) 2no
Onion (Chopped) 1no
Garlic (Chopped) 1015 Cloves
Ginger (Chopped) 23 inch
Cabbage (Chopped) 2030 gm
Spring Onion 23 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt As Needed
