Glutinous Rice Flour for dusting

3Tbsp Sugar
2/3cup [185ml] Water
2. Making the batter for bottom layer
1cup [145g] Glutinous Rice Flour
A Pinch of Salt

2/3cup [185ml] Water
3. Making the filling
1 cup [230g] Dry Mung Bean
1/2 cup [120ml] Coconut Milk
1/2 cup [120ml] Water
7 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
5 Drops Banana Extract
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
