Today I finally bring you the recipe for pumpkin flan without oven, homemade, in the Cuban style that you have asked me so much and I guarantee that it is delicious.
Its preparation is very simple, and what I like the most is that with this recipe we achieve an excellent result without using many eggs so that it does not alter its flavor.
It is a pumpkin flan with condensed milk, without an oven and in a bainmarie, a true delight, although I also show you how to make it in the oven in case you prefer it that way.
