How to make pumpkin spice creamer at home

This easytofollow recipe includes wholesome ingredients that not only taste amazing but are also kind to your body. Whether you're vegan, lactose intolerant, or just looking to switch up your morning routine, this pumpkin spice creamer is the perfect addition to your fall beverage lineup.

Recipe:
1½ cups full fat canned coconut milk (400mL can)
½ cup oat milk or plant based milk of choice
¼ cup coconut palm sugar
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Add everything to a saucepan and turn on mediumhigh heat.
Bring to a simmer, whisking often, for 12 minutes, then remove from heat.
Let creamer cool in the pan for 5 minutes (whisking occasionally). Once cooled, strain with a nut milk bag or strainer if desired for a smoother texture or just pour into a jar or container and refrigerate, storing for up to 1 week. This recipe makes about 2 cups of total coffee creamer.

Need a substitute for pumpkin pie spice? Use 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground ginger or simply just use 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
