Make raisin juice.

Simply pour 1 pint of boiling water over 250g of raisins, cover and leave to soak for 24 hours.
Then mash or liquidise the raisins and any water into a smooth thick pulp.
Then use as per your wine recipe.

Raisin juice adds lots of rich flavours and body to the finished wine. You can substitute it for wine enhancer, but raisin juice is better for adding extra richness.
