A tutorial on how to make a rose buds in four developmental stages using crepe papers. It focuses on how to make realistic rose buds: unopened bud, semiopened bud, fully opened bud and initial bloom. Note: You can adjust the size of the center based on the type of the rose bud you are making. Bud size at each stages may vary depending on the type of specific rose that you are making; so adjust center, petal and sepal measurements accordingly.
