Snow Skin Mooncake or Snowy Mooncake is very popular among Asian people. The outer part is soft and chewy. The filling usually made from different grains such Mung bean, Red bean or else. It will be more delicious when we take it with hot tea.

Ingredients
Glutinous Rice Flour for dusting

1. Filling
1 cup [230g] Dry Mung Bean
1/2 cup [120ml] Coconut Milk
1/2 cup [120ml] Water
1 1/2Tbsp Glutinous Rice Flour
6 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
5 Drops Banana or Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil

2. White outer part of the cake
1/2cup [75g] Glutinous Rice Flour
5Tbsp [50g] Rice Flour
A Pinch of Salt
2Tbsp Sugar
2/3cup [185ml] Milk
2Tbsp Condensed Milk

2. Orange outer part of the cake
1/2cup [75g] Glutinous Rice Flour
5Tbsp [50g] Rice Flour
A Pinch of Salt
2Tbsp Sugar
2/3cup [185ml] Milk
2Tbsp Condensed Milk
2 Drops Food Coloring
