Process:
Mixing the epoxy resin: Mix epoxy resin and hardener in a 3:1 ratio until there are no bubbles. You can use mixing cups and stir sticks to ensure thorough mixing.
Coloring: Dye the mixed resin into white, black, light purple, and bluegray colors respectively. Ensure even mixing of colors.
Waiting for 2 hours: Let the colored resin sit for 2 hours to become slightly viscous for easier handling.
Pouring into molds: Pour the colored epoxy resin into prepared molds.
Waiting for 24 hours: Allow the epoxy resin to cure in the molds, usually takes about 24 hours.
Applying gold and silver foil: Use a silicone pen to apply gold and silver foil at the boundaries and bottom of the epoxy resin to add decorative effects.
Applying metal letter stickers: Apply metal letter stickers as desired, such as names or other identifiers.
Sealing: Apply a seal coat using a 3:1 ratio epoxy resin to ensure a smooth surface and protect the underlying colors and decorations.
Waiting for 24 hours: Let the sealing epoxy resin cure on the keychain, usually another 24 hours.
Removing from molds: Carefully demold the epoxy resin keychain after it has fully cured.
