Hello my lovely family and friends. Today I bring you how to make the best soft homemade Ga kenkey. This a very detailed tutorial with all you need to know to make the best kenkey at home. As mentioned in the video, the key to having the best soft malleable kenkey is the corn dough your corn dough is to be well fermented, overly fermented to get the taste and the softness. All you need to know is in the video so I hope you find it useful and enjoy it. Also in this video is a quick recipe for chofi (fried turkey) and domino (roasted pork).

Ingredients

3kg of Corn dough (I used the 'Ghana Taste' Corn dough the Best for making kenkey)
I used 1kg for the Aflata/banku and 2kg raw corn dough to mix
Corn husk/leaves
Assorted fried fish
Green Chilli sauce (recipe coming soon)
