How to make the Cyprus Dessert? ? OKTAY USTA

Ingredients List of the Cyprus Dessert:
Four eggs
One glass of coconut
One glass of fine bread crumbs
One glass of granulated sugar
One glass of walnuts
One glass of sunflower oil
Half a glass of flour
One pack of vanilla
One pack of baking powder

For the Syrup/Sherbet:
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
Two water glass of water
One slice of lemon

For the Cream:
1 liter milk
One tea glass of granulated sugar
Two tablespoons of flour
Two tablespoons of corn starch
One pack of vanilla
One grated lemon peel
One bag of powdered whipped cream

Preparation:
We froth the egg with sugar for 3 minutes. After mixing oil, fine breadcrumbs, coconut, flour, walnuts, vanilla and baking powder; we put them in an oiled ovenware and spread it. We bake it at 170 degrees, in a preheated oven. We bake it for about 30 minutes. After our dessert goes into the oven, we put sugar, water and lemon in a pot and boil it for 5 minutes. For the cream, we take milk, sugar, starch, flour and vanilla in a saucepan and cook it mixing with a whisk. After the it cools down, we add the grated lemon peel and powdered whipped cream and froth it with a mixer for 3 minutes. After cooling the cake for 10 minutes, we add warm syrup to the cake. Then we pour our cream and spread it properly with a spatula. We sprinkle plenty of coconut on it and after it gets down to the room temperature, we put it in the refrigerator and keep it there for 4 hours. We slice it and serve it. Enjoy your meal ♥
