Before I went vegan, dairy mozzarrella was one of my favorite cheese. When I went vegan I was keen to try every vegan mozzarella recipe that the internet could provide but nothing came close to my liking. I made it my number one mission to come up with my own vegan mozzarella recipe that was as close as possible to the real thing. As much as I am a passionate Chef who loves developing vegan recipes and have my influence in making this world a better place.
