How to make macadamia nut cookies with white chocolate chunks.

Ingredients:
2 White Chocolate Baking Bars (4 oz. each)
1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine, Softened
1/3 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Directions:
1. Melt one chocolate bar in a microwave safe bowl according to package instructions; set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat just until combined. Stir in the melted chocolate. Add the flour mixture, mixing until a dough forms. Fold in the macadamia nuts and the chopped chocolate bar.
3. Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough and drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet, spacing the scoops 2 inches apart from each other. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 1012 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand in baking sheets 1 minute, then remove to wire racks and cool completely.
