The difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries. I also go over the four types of boundaries: Solid, Broken, Loose, and Adaptable. Knowing what type of boundary is present and how to move from a maladaptive boundary to an adaptive boundary will be covered to help empower you with choice and knowledge about what boundary or boundaries you have.
