Struggling with your HYROX Sled Pulls? George Edwards, Master HYROX Trainer, came down to our HQ to give you some HYROX Pro Tips
➖ TENSION // Remove the slack from the rope before getting into the correct position.
➖ POSITION // Start with parallel feet and squeeze with your lats. Then, load up your hamstrings and stand up as quickly as you can before beginning to walk backward.
➖ ARM REPS // When you’re pulling the rope backward, you can add arm reps to give you an advantage.
➖ EXPERIMENT // When training for HYROX, you’ll want to experiment with different ways of loading the sled and adding more friction. For example, you could put a sandbag in front of the sled to create additional friction and make the sled harder to pull.
