How to migrate your Standard operating procedures from Google Sites to Notion.

Sorry, no this isn't automated (we couldn't find a way to migrate Google Sites to Notion in another manner) we couldn't find a way to automate this or a tool to help us do it at the time. This video shows you our process!

The good things about this process is it allowed us to
1) Manually review all our standard operating procedures
2) Do some signficant housekeeping and remove documents that were out of date
3) Update those that were very out of date and bring them into the present
4) Identify gaps in our SOPs that we needed to fill. This very quickly became a whole new set of tasks
5) Have everyone in the team take ownership of the documentation of the business
