happy 2021 everyone I hope you had a wonderful holiday. I received several questions on how I mix anime skin tones for my studio ghibli gouache paintings. today I'm gonna show you a quick snippet of my paint mixing process for skin tones and shades of nudes using gouache. I'm not the best at explaining, neither is this the 'correct' way to mix colours because I mostly go with the flow :) then again, there is no right or wrong way to paint. either way, I hope this video helps you start with mixing skin colours.
