FSR 3 frame generation can be modded in to games to replace DLSS 3 frame generation, allowing RTX 20 and 30 series GPUs to use frame generation, and still use DLSS Super Resolution upscaling, rather than FSR upscaling! In this video I show all the steps for installing the mod. (Side note: it will be best to also enable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling in Windows if you have not yet done so). I also test the mod to be sure it is actually generating interpolated frames.
