Not taking things personally is no easy undertaking. And all of us do take things personally at least some of the time.
But the good news is we can get better at not taking things so personally with practice, and by working with our automatic negative thoughts. And even if we never completely stop taking things personally, we can definitely learn how to become more resilient so that when we do get knocked down, we know how to get back up as quickly as possible.
