A simple recipe to make homemade orange liqueur exceptional maceration, ideal for use in our cocktails and chilled drink alone.

Ingredients
A pint of brandy, marc or vodka
Peel (skin) of two oranges
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
Sugar syrup (125 grams of white sugar and 125 ml of water of good quality or mineral, in a saucepan pour the water catches fire when hot began to add sugar and spoon stir, melts in a few minutes , must be left at room temperature before use)

preparation
Step 1: oranges wash with water and dry them well. With a knife or peeler cut the peel (skin) with as little as possible of whites.
Step 2: In a glass jar with closure threw all shells, cloves and cinnamon stick, we take alcohol.
Step 3: close the jar, store it in a dark, dry place, let it macerate 30 days.
Step 4: macerated orange filter it with a coffee filter paper or cloth, we help with a kitchen strainer.
Step 5: the macerated orange syrup we add sugar, stir with a spoon to mix.
Step 6: pass it to the bottle where we will serve, and this for consumption, although I like to let it sit for a week, it is preserved as any liquor that we buy at the store.
