When you enter a coffee shop or kopi tiam in Singapore, you will see that the hawker stalls are not all the same with other coffee shops. One thing you will notice though, is that the beverage stall in all coffee shops sell the same kind of hot and cold drinks. Among the alltime cold drinks favourites are the barley, grass jelly drink, soy milk, lime juice with sour plum, lychee drink, sugarcane juice and bubble tea. In this video, you will see the names we used to order drinks the Singaporean way. The drinks are not always called in literal English names but in Singlish, Malay, Hokkien or Code names.
