If you have hip osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, or low back pain hip flexor tightness is very common. There is something you can do about it though!

The goal is consistency with these 3 movements as long as they feel good. These movements can be a great warm up when you are getting ready to go for a walk or be on your feet for a long period of time.
