Hamstring injuries can be frustrating for many runners because it not only affects your long runs and speed but also limits your ability to sit during your work day! The worst part about high hamstring tendinosis is that most medical practitioners don’t know how to treat proximal hamstring tendinopathy and most of what you will find on google will tell you to stretch and rest it, which won’t fix it!

In this episode, Steph, a client in our Healthy Runner Coaching Program shares her story of going from 6 years of frustration trying everything from physical therapy, manual therapy, prolotherapy, and all the self remedies she could research to now being able to run 10 mile long runs without hamstring pain following our 16 week program.
