Are you a beginner in acrylic painting and would like to paint an abstract acrylic painting simply and intuitively? Do you still have a canvas that you would like to paint over? Then you've come to the right place!

An abstract acrylic painting will be created on a rectangular canvas measuring 50 x 70 cm. I've painted the canvas before and used airbrush colours, which are very fluid. However, I want to give the painting a new look and have therefore decided to paint over the previous canvas in the colours neutral grey and silver. I then blowdry the canvas really well and then start masking off a wide border and areas with masking tape. I also experiment with washi tape, which I stick onto the canvas in curves. Then I grab my acrylic paints to my heart's content and gradually apply them in rows with a palette knife. To make it nice and colourful, I also spread individual blobs of paint over the layers of paint that have already been created.
