Hey kids! On Weekend Wankshop 160, Uncle Ben Eller here is gonna give you a lesson on how to play one of my favorite songs, Peg by Steely Dan! Don Fagen and Walter Becker are just the best. The chords in this song are so beautiful and fun to play. This is a great tune to work on your fingerstyle chord playing, too. THere's lots of big jazzy M7 and m7 chords in here, and even some 11's and stuff. A lot of those bigger chords get simplified or abbreviated for us guitarists since we just can't build the entire 67 note chords sometimes!

I'll be showing you how to play the intro, the verse, the chorus, and the turnaround/bridge, so you should have everything you need to play this awesome tune. Toss it into your cover band's set and impress dads everywhere! Maybe if you guys want we will cover the solo on a later lesson.
