In this tutorial you will learn how to prepare Rainfall Deviation Map using ArcGIS. You just need to collect rainfall data of your desired area and then prepare data as per requirement. I have used rainfall data that has been collected from Bangladesh metrological department. Also, you need shapefile of your country/area and climate station as well.
