Ingredients:
500g of flour 0 (with 11.5/12g of protein w260)
250g of water
6g fresh brewer's yeast (2g if you use dry yeast)
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar
10g of salt
40g olive oil
Cooking:
250° in the 1st level of the oven starting from the bottom for 15 min
lower to 220° on level 3 starting from the bottom for another 10 min
