Surprisingly, even some fruits contain protein and also provide you with other vitamins, minerals and fiber to boost your nutrition intake!
In this video I’ll tell you about recommended protein amounts depending on your age, weight and activity level. What to look for if you’re over or under your ideal and then we’ll head to the kitchen and I’ll portion out a wide variety of foods and breakdown their protein values for you. You can mix and match for your own specific needs. I hope you enjoy!
