How to read chest CT: bronchial anatomy

theRadiologist

In this video I go through the system to assess all of the airways on chest CT: this is something that is a must every time you read a scan! Knowing the anatomy and being able to systematically review the airways will increase the chance of picking up abnormalities within the airways and of the consequences of airway pathology such as an obstructing tumour causing collapse.

Although it can all be a bit daunting I found scrolling through this helpful radiopaedia site whenever I read a chest CT really helpful in learning the bronchial anatomy
